Artesano Pottery delivers to you, handmade and hand painted pottery from Mexico. What makes us different from others is our that we have genuine pride in the skills passed on from generations of Artisans who work the rich clays of Mexico. Once they created pottery for everyday living, now they use these skills to create art. Its rustic appeal is what enhances its beauty and this is why you should expect variations in color and patterns.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Omaha, Nebraska. We ship orders within two to three days.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

On all orders to most addresses in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii.

Exceptions include remote rural areas, secluded mountain areas and offshore islands requiring sea freight. Your order will be shipped via small package carrier or freight shipper, depending on the size of your order. All small orders will be shipped FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS mail.

Overnight, 2-Day & 3-Day Expedited Shipping is Not Free

Inside Delivery & Lift gate Service is not included as part of our standard free shipping.

Return Policy

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, but if you are not, simply return it within 15 days of receipt and we will credit you for the entire amount of your merchandise minus a 15% restocking fee. This does not apply to special orders – only to normal stock items.

The item(s) you are returning need to arrive back to us in the same condition as when it left our warehouse. Please repack appropriately to protect during shipping. For damage package claims see our Damage Policy below.

Damages

Visible damages should be noted at time of delivery with carrier. If damages are found they must be noted on the delivery receipt. All damages must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. All packaging materials must be saved for inspection purposes. We will replace or credit you for your loss providing the above guidelines have been met.

Warranties and Handcrafted Goods

Artesano Pottery makes no warranties, neither expressed nor implied, for fitness for the consumer’s particular use. The customer acknowledges that hand made goods are inherently imperfect and vary in size, finish and dimension. We make every effort to inspect our goods before shipping to assure quality.
