GROUND SHIPPING On all orders to most addresses in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. Exceptions include remote rural areas, secluded mountain areas and offshore islands requiring sea freight. Your order will be shipped via small package carrier or freight shipper, depending on the size of your order. All small orders will be shipped FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS mail. Inside Delivery & Lift gate Service is not included as part of our standard free shipping. Return Policy We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, but if you are not, simply return it within 15 days of receipt and we will credit you for the entire amount of your merchandise minus a 15% restocking fee. This does not apply to special orders—only to normal stock items. The item(s) you are returning need to arrive back to us in the same condition as when it left our warehouse.
